He has done M.B.B.S from Calcutta National Medical college, Kolkata . He did his post graduation degree(M.S) in ENT & Head Neck surgery from N.R.S Medical College, Kolkata. He did his senior residency from R.G kar Hospital, Kolkata. He served as clinic tutor and Assistant professor in Medical education services then. He has fellowship in Head and Neck Surgery and sleep apnea surgery He has been involved in different academic activities and workshops during his teaching assignment He has authored and co-authored dozens of research papers and articles in different Journals.
